Basic Space October Wellness Retreat
We are delighted to announce our inaugural wellness residency, in partnership with the London-based yoga and pilates studio, Basic Space, taking place from 12th – 18th October.
Participants will be able to enjoy the healing power of yoga during daily outdoor flows, led by Basic Space’s founder, Jamie Hepburn, or try invigorating and strengthening pilates sessions led by Nat Kunz on the outdoor deck, with panoramic views of the Ionian Sea.
Full board healthy set menus are included to fuel you up for your sessions and to explore the island.
For those of you not able to visit us for the whole residency, day passes including access to all sessions and all meals are also available.
